International paper presentations 2019-2021

  • Presented the original work titled “Improved Clinical Outcome With Dulaglutide as Add-on Medication to Oral Antidiabetic Drugs With or Without Insulin in 85 South Indian Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus” at American Association of Clinical Endocrinologist (AACE)– Gulf Chapter in Dubai on November 1st to 3rd -2018. The abstract is published in “Journal of Diabetes and Endocrine Practices”- A peer reviewed journal from the Middle East.
  • Presented the original work titled “Empagliflozin as an add on medication to subjects uncontrolled on DPP4 inhibitors and Metformin”: A real world data supporting the use of Empagliflozin as a rational second add on in 115 Indian Type 2 diabetic patients- at annual US Endocrine Society (US ENDO) Conference in New Orleans slated on March 23rd-27th It is published in March issue of Journal of the Endocrine Society (JES) and indexed for DOI.
  • The original work titled “Beneficial effect of comprehensive diabetes education and physical activity program with carbohydrate restricted diet in 300 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus” has been presented in the prestigious International Diabetes Federation (IDF-2019) annual conference held at Busan in December-2019.
  • The original work titled “Radio iodine therapy for hyperthyroidism- A single centre retrospective 50 patients data” has been presented in the ATA-ITSCON in Bangalore held at Bangalore in May 2019. The abstract has been published in the supplementary issue of Thyroid Research & Practise Journal of Indian Thyroid Society
  • The original work titled “The prevalence of Vitiligo and the role of thyroid antibody among patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus” has been presented in the National Endocrine Conference (ESICON) conference held at Nagpur in November 2019.
  • The original work titled “Vitamin D Levels, BMI and Lipid Profile in Prediabetic Individuals: A Case Control Study from Kerala” has been published in AACE’s online learning center as AACE Master Class e-Poster as a part of AACE’s online learning management system on May 11th, 2020.
